Indra Arunachalam is the Strategic Projects Manager with integratedliving Australia; a not-for profit community organisation delivering quality aged care and disability support services to rural and regional Queensland, NSW, ACT, Victoria and Tasmania. Indra is a CPA and holds a Masters of Business Research (Honours). Indra has been working in senior management positions in the sector for over 15 years. Shelly Reynolds is the Clinic Manager at Carbal Medical Centre, an Aboriginal Medical Service covering a large portion of the south west region of Queensland, encompassing areas surrounding Toowoomba, Warwick, and the Goondiwindi regions. Shelly has been working in the health sector for the past 27 years with a passion for Indigenous health outcomes, service provision and education of Aboriginal Health Workers to empower them with knowledge to assist the health care needs of there Mob. Dr Harry Randhawa is the CEO of Carbal Medical Service. Harry holds degrees in Emergency Medicine, Law and has been heavily involved in ethics and research for the past 25 years. Harry is driven by a passion to make a difference on at least a regional level to improve health outcomes in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
