Fiona is a lecturer in the School of Health and Social Development at Deakin University. Fiona’s main area of research interest is vulnerable populations, particularly recently arrived asylum seekers. She is currently working closely with the Foodbank at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) in Melbourne investigating the food security of those asylum seekers who are reliant on the ASRC for their entire food supply.
