Tanya Kilgower has been working at Gippsland Women's Health for two and a half years, focusing on the prevention of men's violence against women. Tanya works in two Local Councils in Gippsland implementing Paving the Way: Working towards gender equality, preventing men's violence against women and a similar project with sporting clubs called 50/50 clubs. She is currently studying for her Master in Public Health and has been able to link her studies to her work, researching staff perceptions of barriers and enablers to becoming involved in workplace based initiatives to prevent men's violence against women and their children.
